Biography

Tim Ratino, MD is a Pain Management specialist at the Magnolia Medical Tower in Fort Worth. He earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine, completed his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Kansas Medical Center, and was a Pain Management Fellow at Loyola University Medical Center.

“I became a pain physician because as a medical student I learned how chronic pain can greatly affect a patient’s quality of life,” he said. “I am a patient advocate and will leave no stone unturned to provide a patient with the most appropriate care.”

Dr. Ratino takes a multi-disciplinary approach to each patient and works hard to understand every patient’s concerns. He was involved in bone histology research at Creighton University Osteoporosis Research Center under the supervision of Doctors Diane Cullen and Robert Recker.

Dr. Ratino is a member of the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Management and the American Society of Anesthesiologists. He is married with one daughter. His wife is also in the medical field, working as a pediatric radiologist. In his free time, Dr. Ratino enjoys tennis, traveling and spending time with his family.
