"Dr. Ratino has been very helpful to me in trying to manage the issue I have. He spends a great deal of time with me at office visits and also actually listens and shows concern. His staff is also very professional but at the same time very friendly. I usually hate going to doctors (anxiety!) but he and his staff make you feel very comfortable. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be called. The last time they called me right in! I would highly recommend him."
